Who are we? What are we? Why are you here?

Where ever there is an online multiplayer game, such as Nexuiz, after some time, a community begins to build.
Clans or guilds are created, forums are set-up, servers are hosted and so on. The gameplay may be hard, but it is doable with other players on the side.
Legion of Caps was founded on the 28^th of August in the year 2009. We started with a total number of four members and the clan is still growing.
It is easy to describe what we are doing: we play nexuiz (and soon xonotic), we enjoy life as much as possible, in a crisis we work together and of course, don't take the game too seriously.
You are here because you might want to join us? Also you could just be here for some information on Legion of Caps, or the game.
Another reason could be that Google led you here but hopefully not ;-)

What is the difference if you are member of a clan? What is Nexuiz / Xonotic?

As a clanmember of Legion of Caps, you can work with us on the homepage, be active in the community, use the forum, get access to our very own server and a lot more!
So as a part of LoC you can enjoy being part of something big. This leads to the second question: What is Nexuiz (or Xonotic)?
It is a free, open-source, online first person shooter. Everybody can help improve the code, everybody can make it more stable or make it look better, and new maps for each game mode are created every day.
Xonotic is the next generation of Nexuiz. The Name was changed because of particular reasons known to most of the community. Just ask us to find out :-P
Also clanwars, or funwars are fought often. Two clans, one game, five to ten players in each team... let battle commence!
